Dr. Neshika has been treating patients since 2022 and opened her own clinic in Kallakurichi in 2025. She has now moved fully to Chennai, and she opened this clinic after watching too many patients arrive with problems that a simple filling could have prevented - and with bills that nobody had explained to them in advance.
The clinic was built on two rules that have not changed since day one: the patient sees their own diagnostic images, and the cost is written down before treatment begins.
It is a small clinic by design. Dr. Neshika sees every patient herself, from the first check-up to the final review, so nothing gets lost in a handover. Cases that genuinely need a specialist are referred to trusted colleagues rather than attempted here.

Our sterilisation protocol
Every instrument passes through a documented six-step cycle: pre-soak in enzymatic solution, ultrasonic cleaning, rinse and dry, sealed pouching with a date and cycle number, Class B autoclave sterilisation, and sterile storage. Autoclave performance is validated with weekly biological spore testing. Needles, gloves, suction tips, prophy cups and surgical burs are single-use without exception.
